Bio:Birthed to parents of Filipino & Sicilian ancestry Noah-O was born & raised in San Francisco, CA. Realizing the inner city was not ideal for raising a famil Noah was sent to Virginia with hopes of having a new beginning. Instead he was hit with culture shock due to the racism and stereotypes that existed in the South. Unable to adjust Noah was eventually expelled from school due to misbehavior. During this time his mother encouraged
him to channel his anger using his natural charisma & way with words. He quickly began making a name for himself throughout the area. He immersed
himself in the culture doing street team work for record labels & eventually landed a position with Clear Channel Broadcasting in Richmond, VA
During this time Noah also begin to become known as an accomplished battle rapper throughout the region earning a spot at the invite only 2005 Scribble Jam regionals in Charlotte, NC resulting in a loss during the final battle. He has since been featured in HipHopWeekly, Ozone Magazine & Tj’s Dj’s Tastemaker’s Conference. While many adopt passing fads and trends to create their sound Noah-O has been able to carve out an identity all his own. Classic timeless, refreshing yet familiar his ear for creating catchy songs is balanced by his conscious nature .
Hailing from the musically rich & often slept on state of Virginia, Noah-O crafted the single “I GOT IT” to instill pride
within his state & the song spread like wildfire. After attacking mixtapes, blogs & internet radio the video was added to rotation on MTV Jams last
summer making Noah-O one of few indie artists to achieve this feat. His current video “Oh My” is featured on MTV & VH1.com making Noah-O the
first from the DMV & one of few unsigned artists to achieve this feat.
Recognizing the changing nature of the music industry &
lack of resources Noah-O helped form his own company Charged Up Entertainment LLC. Together they operate the full service Charged Up Studios in Richmond, VA.
Alongside sponsors The City of Richmond, Chik-fil-A, Coca-Cola & FOX, Charged Up also has thrown several V-yAy Day (Virginia youth are Yearning)
events aimed at preventing youth violence through the use of performing arts. Along with being an artist Noah-O was also recognized for
his business acumen & community work by being named one of Style Weekly’s Top 40 under 40 recipients. This award is given to 40 people in the Greater
Richmond VA area who not only excel in their respective field but also contribute to the city on a social level. Noah-O also is a respected promoter
helping found & host “The Rebirth” Hip-Hop shows & Beat Battles throughout the state.

1) How old were you when you first decided you wanted to do music?
Noah-O : I say when I was about 16 I really started to dedicate myself to doing music and deciding that I wanted to do this for a living.
2) Who would you say inspires you the most as an artist?
Noah-O :Definitely legends like 2pac because he touched so many people across all walks of life & jay-z due to his longevity & business success.
3)Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Noah-O :On tour somewhere overseas enjoying life and seeing the world
4) What artist would you like to collaborate with?
Noah-O :Kanye West he is a genius musically
5) What would you say is your biggest accomplishments?
Noah-O :Maintaining my integrity & always following my heart regardless of the bad advice and negativity that comes with chasing my dream.
6) What is the biggest thing in your life that you regret and wish you could change?
Noah-O :Not moving to NY or ATL where there are more opportunities.
7) What is 1 thing that you want fans to always remember you by?
Noah-O :that I was me, I never portrayed myself on the mic as anyone other than myself for better or worse.
8 ) What is the hardest thing about being in the music industry?
Noah-O :I don’t know, I’m not in “the industry” yet lol. The hardest thing in my position as an underground artist would be not having the money or connections I need to properly promote my material. I would also say that you encounter a lot of bullshit people lying and fronting about who they are and what they can do for your career.
9) What separates you from other artist out right now?
Noah-O :I’m not a gimmick & I have a mixture of styles from being raised in The Bay Area & Virginia that you can hear in my music. Also I have my own story to tell.
10) If you weren’t doing music what would you be doing?
Noah-O :If I never started doing music I’d probably be selling drugs, making money spending money, buying clothes and jewelry. Music has given me something positive to do in life.
11) When it comes to music what is one thing you wish you knew five years ago?
Noah-O :Don’t rely on anyone or wait for anyone to help or give you good advice because it’s every man for himself.
12) Where is the strangest place a fan has every approached you?
Noah-O :Grocery shopping and someone will recognize me and approach me to talk about music.

1) Musically who do you compare yourself or have been compared to?
Noah-O :Musically I don’t know. I had people tell me I remind them of a Nas or 2pac because of my content but never really heard that I sound like anyone else.
